Our certified doulas are committed to providing personal and dedicated birth support that includes education, tools, and resources to empower women to achieve their birth goals and desires. We offer evidence-based information, personalized guidance, and advocacy throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. With our dedicated support, women can confidently navigate their birthing experience, avoid unnecessary interventions, and embrace the transformative power of birth.
A 5-week childbirth education series, taught in Orange and Laguna Hills. HypnoBirthing is an evidence-based program that empowers expecting parents to achieve a calm and positive birthing experience through the utilization of relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, breathing techniques, education, and more. Learn how to gain confidence, reduce stress, cultivate a deep connection with your baby, release your fears, and embrace the natural process of birth.
Placenta encapsulation, tinctures, placenta prints, and umbilical cord keepsakes. Take advantage of an organ that can nourish you while you nourish your newborn baby. Our experienced and trained Placenta Encapsulation Specialists handle every placenta safely and intentionally. We will pick up your placenta from your birthing location, process it, and deliver to your home within 3-7 days of birth.
