Instructions:
Combine herbs and store in a glass jar.
To brew: Add 1/4 cup of herb mix to a quart jar.
Pour boiling water over herbs, cover, and steep 4–8 hours (or overnight).
Strain and drink warm or chilled, 1–3 cups per day.
Optional: Add mint, lemon balm, or rose for flavor (avoid mint in postpartum because it can lower milk supply)
